We want you to love your Empower Fit gear, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, you can return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, contact us at Celeciachuck@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
